Do you struggle when giving (and receiving) feedback? You should try Radical Candor, a communication method that’s about two things: Caring Personally about people while also Challenging them Directly. The presenters will share their successes (and failures) using this philosophy and will teach you how to be radically candid too.

Learning Objectives

  1. Use the tools we provide to start giving and receiving more effective feedback.
  2. Know how to lay the groundwork for Radical Candor at their own organizations.
  3. Begin having awesome conversations with staff and start developing awesome relationships.
