A Day In the Life of a Project

Wednesday, December 11

11:00 am – 12:00 pm

Jerine Rosato

Geek School

A PM, OCM, BA & Business Owner will take you through a day in the cycle of a project.

In public sector, often time is not money. Projects tend to be elongated for many reasons. The purpose behind the panel is to deliver a day in the life of each; their objectives, challenges, accomplishments and resources. Hear from practicing professionals what happens in the inner workings of a project, that are not necessarily related to the technology.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Understand the role and challenge of a project manager, organizational change manager, business analyst, and business owner.
  2. Understand the challenges each other faces and how to better collaborate with together.
  3. Learn how each role interacts and inter-plays with each other.
