With data centers increasingly be located in multiple sites, measuring how well the data center is working and prioritizing and funding needed updates is becoming more challenging. Determining your “resilience rating” is a new measurement for your IT scorecard.

Learning Objectives:

  1. Define the concept of IT and Data Center Resiliency and its usefulness.
  2. Begin the conversation about developing your organizations’ Resiliency Score.
  3. Ask new questions about keeping score of your internal IT infrastructure reliability and ability to recover based on multiple inputs.
