For many, saying work is “stressful” is a gross understatement. Too often, work is frustrating, exhausting and sucks the very life out of us. This workshop will explore the cultural aspects of work relationships that cause or contribute to our misery, and offer fresh ideas on how to fix it.

Learning Objectives

  1. Gain awareness of common cultural patterns within management.
  2. Feel affirmed and empowered to change the culture of management.
  3. Develop specific principles and strategies to change management and organizational culture.
