Yoga Benefits for Repetitive Stress in the Work Place, Yoga Tree Yoga Studio

Our health is our wealth. Being mindful of our health and wellness allows us to be more cognizant of our work performance, and our relationships with families and friends. Becoming aware of tools to assist us to move forward towards our optimal health is vital in our everyday life.

In this experiential session, we’ll explore the top benefits for incorporating Yoga in the workplace, including:

  • better breathing to reduce stress and increases calm;
  • a focus on the present to create better concentration for increased productivity;
  • better body alignment for increased comfort whether sitting or standing;
  • improved circulation to stay alert; and
  • increased strength and flexibility relieves muscle tension and inflammation.

Learning Objectives

  1. Understand the importance of breathwork and how to apply this skill in the workplace.
  2. Understand the use of yogic tools to relieve stress and tension in the workplace.
  3. Learn how to apply the tools and skills learned in this session to an individual situation.
