SPEAKER(S):
Jim Hall
CEO, IT Mentor Group LLC

The next generation of IT Leadership needs help to become effective. Don’t assume that a promising IT manager or supervisor can just “pick up” what they need to know to become an IT Leader. They need to learn new skills, to see things strategically.

In this workshop, IT managers and supervisors will learn the essentials to turn them from “managers” into “leaders.” In this highly interactive workshop, attendees will build new skills in leadership and strategic thinking and be better prepared to step into larger leadership roles or be ready to take on new challenges. This is a great opportunity for emerging leaders to learn leadership versus management, strategic thinking, coaching staff, leading through change, effective communication, and leading collaborative meetings.

Learning Objectives

  1. Leadership
  2. Strategic Thinking
  3. Leading Through Change
