TIME:

SESSION TRACK:
Career Voyage

SPEAKER(S):
Andy Zimney
Senior Culture Advisor and Team Coach, Employee Strategies, Inc.

The demands to change and innovate are higher than ever and many organizations and agencies have cultures deeply rooted in preserving the status quo. While designed for stability and security, these cultures may be putting our organizations at even greater risk in the future. If you find that innovation and change are hard to implement in your organizations, this session may reveal organizational cultural barriers and how to address them.

Innovation is not an initiative or a task force. To successfully ride the modern seas of change and ambiguity, leaders must cultivate a culture designed for innovation. Blending wisdom from top leadership practices, neuroscience, and applied improvisation, this interactive and engaging session will equip you with the 4 key practices of innovative cultures – research, retreat, realize and reveal.
