Being Better Versions of Ourselves at School – Developmental Theory in Action
60 Minute Virtual Session
Learning Pathway: Building A Culture of Learning
We have all seen on greeting cards the sentiment, “Adulting is Hard,” and all humor aside, it is! Yet, in our work it is absolutely critical that we strive to develop ourselves, not just as educators but as human beings. What can we do to be bigger and better versions of ourselves as collaborative team members and as leaders? This workshop is based on Jennifer’s newest work and will look at five facets of being our best selves at work – knowing our identity, suspending certainty, taking responsibility, working interdependently, and building resiliency. Join us to consider what it means to develop our skills and capacities as lead learners in our schools.
