In Osseo Area Schools, “Promising Practices” studies recognize staff and teams that are getting gap-closing results, identify contributing adult actions, and seek to expand the implementation of these actions. Bloomington Schools have conducted similar “Beating the Odds” studies. Explore findings from this action research and share lessons learned from similar initiatives in your district.
