Developing Classroom Assessment Questions
1:30 – 4:15 p.m. Deep Dive Session
Learn to write effective classroom questions based on assessment best practices. Participants will discuss and explore several principles that are foundational to quality assessment development (e.g., alignment to standards, fairness, language load). Additionally, participants will develop and critique assessment questions.

Learning Objective 1: Educators will be able to analyze items based on best practices of assessment.
