Aging infrastructure and growing replacement demands require cities to make informed investment decisions. This session features Minnetonka, Edina, and St. Louis Park, showcasing approaches ranging from lifecycle and financial planning to watermain condition assessment and integrated CIP prioritization. Presenters will demonstrate how data is being used to balance risk, condition, funding, pavement needs, and delivery capacity to guide strategic infrastructure investment.

Tyler Moberg

Tyler Moberg is a learning scientist who specializes in AI. Founder of Amplified Impact and a former National Trainer for The Bob Pike Group, he's trained more than 10,000 professionals since 2024, with much of that work in engineering and local government: ACEC chapters in Minnesota, Utah, and Arizona, KL Engineering, and the City of Burnsville. Engineers challenge the material harder than any audience he works with, which is exactly why his sessions got sharper. Most AI sessions explain how AI is going to change your work. Tyler's give you the reps to do it, on your own work, at your own level, so you leave with something you'll use Monday. He holds a Master's in Leadership from Bethel University and lives in the Twin Cities with his wife and four kids.
